Welcome!  I guess, by now, we are all somewhat accustomed to buying “on line” and dealing with the terms and conditions of a web site. Well, my web site and store are no different. If you visit my site and use its features, there are some things you need to acknowledge and agree to. For example:

Copyright: Everything on my web site, including the images, text, software, etc. belongs to me and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Electronic Communication: We now live in the digital electronic age. When you visit my site or send me an email you are communicating electronically. In return, I will communicate back electronically by email or posting notices on my web site. You need to agree that the electronic communications I provide satisfy any legal requirements that communication be in writing.

Your Account: If you use my web site to purchase any of my photographs, you will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

Warranties & Limitations of Liability: We all know that in this computer based, electronic age, things can go totally bazaar. Servers can stop serving, software goes wacko, and, heaven forbid, viruses can invade our secure computers. I can’t do anything about that and can’t provide any warrantee against such events. What I can do, and will do, is return the purchase price of any photographic product you are not satisfied with. Provided, however, that you let me know of your reason for the dissatisfaction and return the item, undamaged to me within two week of receipt.

Privacy Policy: Any information obtained about you as a result of using my web site will not be shared, sold, traded, or in any other way distributed by me. Period! I will, however, use some of the information to improve my inventory, identify popular items, and periodically communicate with you about new images.
